Your personal coach will be there every step of the way to answer questions, keep you motivated and ensure you reach your goals.
All members of the Leap community are assigned a personal coach to ensure they are continually moving towards their goals.

No matter what your goal, our Leap coaches can get you there faster! They will keep you motivated, ensure your training program is tailored to your exact needs and be with you every step of the way to make sure you are successful.
At Leap we believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness. All quality training plans ensure you recover to receive maximum benefit from the training you put in. Leap classes are kept small to ensure you get the most out of every workout and don't get lost in the crowd. We run 15 classes per week including Tone, TTB (tummy, thigh & butt), Pilates, Boxing, Ab Attack and Sweat!

When I started at LEAP there was almost no point joining a gym. I had so many injuries and restrictions that it felt like there was nothing I could do. When I found Tim and the team at leap this all changed. Tim went above and beyond to make sure my program and workouts were achievable and left no stone unturned in his research into what would be best for me. At every stage of my journey at leap I have received physical and mental support not just from Tim but the whole team and as a result have come so far with my goals. Not only have I lost the weight I wanted too, I am now training in ways I, and many medical professionals never thought possible and that all comes down to the dedication and commitment you get from the amazing team at leap. They make everyone feel welcome no matter your fitness level and their commitment to helping all clients achieve the results that clients achieve speak for themselves. After a terrible five or so years in my life, I contacted Tim as was in desperate need of help to get my weight, my life and most important my health back on track. I signed up with Tim as my personal trainer and in the beginning it was a very difficult path going from no exercise to attending the gym three times a week, but not once did I not want to go as Tim and the rest of the LEAP team are so amazing they all keep you motivated. I have progressed to going to gym up to 5 or 6 times a week and I now miss going to the gym when I travel for work or holidays, but what Tim and his team have taught me has paid off as when I am away I find other means of exercise. The results speak for themselves in a little over a year I have lost over 40kg, but the weight loss is only a small part of the journey, I feel so much healthier, fitter and most of all happier. Tim and the team help in every way from adapting exercises for people with long term injuries (like me with my shoulder and bad knees) to nutrition which was my biggest fear on how I was going to adapt but it has been very easy. I look forward to the next chapter in my journey with the LEAP team.
What makes LEAP different, is the passion and desire that Tim and Jarrah have for every clients health and fitness journey. This passion has created a supportive and inclusive community, whereby all members are treated with respect and welcomed into the LEAP family. At my previous ‘commercial’ gym my motivation was slipping and my results had stagnated. I joined LEAP with their regular membership gym access, had a workout plan tailored specifically for me and my goals. What I immediately noticed was the warm and welcome staff and fellow members, combined with a structured program, provided the motivation I needed to train when I didn’t want to, and enjoy my training even more when I did want to. I then started PT sessions with Tim, to really get the most out of my time and effort. This is where the most impressive results came. Tim was very detail orientated around my goals, and continued to provide me with the highest quality of training sessions I have ever experienced. These training sessions have completely changed my body composition, and the results are better than I could have ever imagined 6 months ago, let alone 2 years ago.
